Designer Meggen Connolley's brand Magnetic Threads

Santa Fe Fashion Week has the distinction of being one of the only fashion weeks that focuses on Southwestern designers and brands. Unlike the big coastal fashion weeks that are global events, Santa Fe Fashion Week has a more localized feel, with designers from the surrounding states coming together to showcase their unique styles. The event, in its third year, was hosted at the Santa Fe Convention Center just blocks away from the historic plaza. The event had to move to a larger venue as its popularity has been building as more designers choose Santa Fe as the place to unveil the latest trends in Southwestern style.

Featuring established and emerging designers the show is full of one of a kind conceptual garments and limited production speciality apparel. This years feature designer was Santa Fe gown maker Orlando Dugi who showcased his "Timeless Collection" at this years show.
